Senta Berger steps into shower with Robert Vaughn in "The Spy with My Face" from 1965, a Man From U.N.C.L.E. movie. They play standing footsie. Actually since faces are not shown (nothing much other than legs shown) it could be anyone. Sorry about quality, my reception of AMC channel is terrible. Yesterday the channel showed all 8 of these movies. This one had a nice scene of Sharon Farrell barefoot on bed with Vaughn (first she was romancing a blow-up clown). And "The Spy in the Green Hat" from 1966 has Janet Leigh in a catfight on top of a huge conference table. She loses her shoes and fights in her stocking feet.
