There's an episode of the TV show, Kitchen Confidental, up on this site:

At about the 15 minute mark, there's a male and female cook standing back to back in the kitchen and she pops her shoe off and runs her foot up his leg. There may also be another scene at the end of the episode, but I couldn't really tell because the scene was dark.

I watched the whole show. It was quite entertaining.
And the babes footsie technique was nice....new approach. I like it!

I figured that show would have a footsie scene eventually. It takes place in a restaurant.
