Does anyone have any more clips of her dangling her pump besides the one of her in the movie "Up Close and Personal"? Anyone care to guess as to whether the short scene of her dangling her pump was scripted or not? Do you think it was her idea or the director's/producer's?

I recall a scene in The Fabulous Baker Boys where she's wearing black nylons and trying to slip on her shoes, but nothing comes to mind about her dangling.
