Stockinged feet in Indian movie

Very unusual to find women wearing hose in Indian movies. A quick scene of a drunk woman desperate to impress a man in "Andaz" from 1971. She's on floor of bar and crawls after him as he wants to leave. She sits up and shows soles. I believe the actress is Sonia Sahni.

Here's another short scene as a bonus. Aruna Irani plays a hill woman and she is out walking in the woods and gets a thorn or a splinter in her bare foot. Close-up as she pulls the offender from her very dirty sole.

I'm Indian myself, therefore have seen alot of Indian movies, but I've never come across these scenes before. May I ask where you found these clips from?

I've just been picking Indian DVDs at random from Netflix and Andaz was the latest. Seems like 3 of every 4 DVDs I pick have some kind of foot scene. Netflix has a tremendous selection of Indian movies.
