I found this reference on another board:

Does anyone remember the Pretty Polly comercial where a man is having his heart rate measured and it starts going up when the doctors receptionist walks through the room?she was wearing a short white coat I think black high heels at the end she sat at her desk crossed her legs and dangled her shoe off her foot. camera view under the desk .

If she actuallly dangled then that would be something to see! Dangling is very rare in commercials.
