Jami Erdahl - Good Morning Football

I have been watching the program Good Morning Football here in the US as we get close to the Super Bowl. I've noticed one of the hosts, Jami Erdahl, often wears sneakers or sandals, but on the occasions when she wears pumps, she is good at dangling or heelpopping them. Here she is at 5:10, 5:45, 5:50, 6:35, 7:00 and 7:10

She slides her foot out of her shoe here at 3:23.



And it appears her shoe is off right when the video starts, then again at 1:30 and 1:56, like it's hanging from her chair. But maybe that's an optical illusion (and wishful thinking).

You are correct because if you slow it when she takes her shoe off at 3:23 it hangs on just like early in video
