Its legal as long its in a public area as you waive your right to privacy(so not bedroom, bathroom etc) but me personally I don't look to get faces as I don't feel morally right revealing faces to strangers.nyllover wrote: Thu Jul 29, 2021 5:40 pm Well, if the face of the woman can be seen, I'm not 100% sure is legal, even if recorded out in the open.

I totally agree with you. Just ten years ago almost all young women in Europe (including students and corporate staff) used to wear ballet flats as their default footwear. Now almost all of them prefer wearing sneakers and more casual outfit in general. Youg generation is focused on ecology and healthy lifestyle so less formal style is very common among them these days. Of course the fashion is changing all the time but I'm affraid we will have to wait few years for the better timesTomi wrote: Tue Jul 27, 2021 4:33 pm The oher problem with nylon candids is, that they are practically became non-existent. There are no trade shows, and also the working crowd started to dress even more casually during/after the covid. So I am skeptical that we will reach the pre-covid levels of ladies wearing nylons. I think it will be much worse after everything goes back to normal.
My last trade show visit was in march 2020, a smaller motorcycle show. There were 10-12 girls wearing nylons, some with sneakers some with boots, some with pumps. During the whole afternoon I could capture 3 minutes of shoeplay in a dark corner, which turned out to be too dark. It is of course frustrating, that some 5-10 years ago central europe was a gold mine of nylon scenes, and now the future is totally bad looking. Travel restrictions, lack of nylons, casual looking girls....
I do the same thing and I think it's a great idea. If not here, I've stashed away a few ideas for how and where such a network could be set up.Baloo_135 wrote: Tue Sep 28, 2021 10:42 pm What if we do a trade within our group? I take candids of my wife from time to time. Sure it isn't like catching it in public but it still is fun. Also I'd love to see what kinds of shoeplay you guys get to see on a daily basis. Let me know if it sounds like a good idea
I'm super late but I forgot to ask. If European law states that you cannot hand over those documents, where does one go from there? Are you simply out of luck at that point?nyllover wrote: Mon Jul 26, 2021 5:51 pm The thing is that, per the European laws (GDPR especially), we simply CANNOT provide those documents to Clips4Sale. We can sign any document or anything they want saying we have them, but giving it to them would put us in huge danger here in Europe.
I am in touch with many big production companies and they all agree that Clips4Sale (or anyone else, since Pornhub sometimes asks the same) simply cannot ask anyone to give such sensitive information of someone you are working with
I realize this could've changed since July, but if I understand correctly, Mastercard isn't even requiring C4S to go all out and purge like they've been doing?nyllover wrote: Mon Jul 26, 2021 5:51 pmMastercard didn't exactly require them to do what they are doing, in no place of their new regulations they require them to provide such specific documentation. They just tell them to have a procedure in place to verify all user-uploaded content. We upload the content, so why not just leave to us the responsibility to show that documentation if requested to do so?
Clips4Sale actually agreed to let us fill in a form in their system that says we have all the required documents and we are ready to hand it over if required. If we will be requested to hand it over, we will do it but covering all the model's personal data. We can't really do anything else but this, per GDPR rules.ShoeplayJ wrote: Sat Oct 02, 2021 2:25 am I'm super late but I forgot to ask. True, but companies want to play safe. Look at what happened to PornHub: they made all they could (perhaps a bit late, but they did) to follow MC rules...but MC has still to give them back the ability to process transactions.ShoeplayJ wrote: Sat Oct 02, 2021 2:25 am I realize this could've changed since July, but if I understand correctly, Mastercard isn't even requiring C4S to go all out and purge like they've been doing?
ShoeplayJ wrote: Mon Nov 15, 2021 5:12 am So it seems C4S purged several more stores, including my favorite #87990, but at least he's on Facebook.
I know C4S is trying to protect their own asses but I still really hate it has to be like this. On the other hand I'm hopeful that another platform will come along where we can exchange and distribute this stuff, even if I have to design and develop it myself, which I'm almost tempted to try.
I hope these efforts do actually see a reduction in illegal and harmful content on these platforms. I still find it interesting how this all started with an investigation with Pornhub, even though Facebook has been to discovered to have a much more large amount of illegal content than PH ever had. I forget the exact figures but it was a MAJOR difference. It really does feel like an unfair attack on the adult industry. It's a damn shame that those who aren't even producing actual sexual content are caught up in the crossfire.![]()
The adult industry has always been under attack...but recently we are being targeted even more. What Mastercard did is pure censorship... one way or another we will survive, but I'm sure users, in the end, will be those suffering the most.ShoeplayJ wrote: Mon Nov 15, 2021 5:12 am It really does feel like an unfair attack on the adult industry. I was thinking about this the other day and trying to remember the word — censorship is exactly what it is. The users are indeed the ones "taking the L" on this one, being both a user and a vendor, I can feel the frustration from both fronts. It would've never been my primary revenue source, but when filming with my wife slowed down majorly recently, even I recently started capturing candids in the wild again and toyed with the idea of putting them on my store. So much for that.nyllover wrote: Mon Nov 15, 2021 12:21 pmThe adult industry has always been under attack...but recently we are being targeted even more. Well..the thing is that, lately, the definition of adult stuff is "video guys watch just to masturbate"....I believe that's what we all do watching these videos... right?Tomi wrote: Sun Nov 28, 2021 2:44 pm I am still speachless about the crack-down on candids.
