Not sure what to title this but...

I'm not on here much, not because I choose not to. I enjoy the forum very much and all but I'm not quite sure how else I can say this, some of last year pretty much all of 2018 alittle bit of 2017 if I'm setting in like a timeframe guess how I can describe it. My life started to take a turn although I didn't realize it at the time but now I know why. I fell very ill and thought ok no big deal I'll recover get better always do, then in 2018 happened again then about halfway through 2019 again. I didn't know what was happening to me then after a long road of questions and wondering why is this happening to me and some test later. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, after another visit with my doctor for a follow up it's confirmed that I have Ulcerative Colitis all this time wondering I'm relieved that I got an answer. Even though I'm relieved everyday life is just so challenging for me mainly mentally I'm just depressed and emotionally I feel soul crushed.
