Staying logged in to site

For the past week I have noticed that I have to log in to the site at least daily or perhaps every time I visit. "Remember me" does not work. Before I would remain logged in for weeks without logging in again. Did something change in the site or has my computer just developed new behavior?

Today it has happened every time I leave the site and come back. I amusing the Edge browser and have ever since Windows 10 was released.

I'm using Firefox, and I have the issue if I go to the root level of /forum/. If I browse to /forum/index.php it logs me in.

For a couple days, my browser was defaulting to a /forum/install.app page. All this seems to be since the ad code was updated.

I'm using Opera, and just now noticed a similar thing. I had to log in for the first time in weeks.

Guys please do let me know if it starts happening too often. I've verified that having to login from time to time it's a security feature added to the last version of the forum engine.
As long as it doesn't happen too often, I don't think it's a big deal

Happened to me 5 times today. Went several years without having to log on

Continues to happen to me daily every time I leave the site and come back.

Same here, applies to 3 different PC's and 1 iPhone, so it's not just me. Have no issues with other sites

Very frustrating, 4 or 5 times today on my cell phone. I also leave it open in a tab and it still logs out

I'm on chrome and it rarely happens to me...maybe once every couple weeks *shrugs* Im exclusively on a laptop

Well at least we know it has nothing to do with the advertisement. I've changed it all, and this one is very very simple. Can't be the reason of you logging out.
