There are two footsie scenes (to my knowledge anyway) in the Aussie TV drama "Shortland Street". The descriptions are below...
Shortland Street - May 26 19:00: Season 6 (1997) : Episode 1261
Nick confides in Kate that he feels betrayed after hearing Rangi trash his relationship with Kate. Kate convinces him to go ahead with the lunch he's planned for his friends - they'll show them they're a normal couple. Rangi is surprised when Kate plays footsie with him under the table. Caroline sees and insists they tell Nick. Nick's stunned, but Kate assures them it was a prank to show Rangi a relationship with her wouldn't be so bad. Not amused, Rangi insists it's a pathetic excuse. Kate challenges him - then why did he agree to meet her later behind Nick's back? All eyes are on Rangi the traitor.
Shortland Street - Aug 15 19:00: Season 10 (2001) : Episode 2308
Toni meets up with Robyn, an old work-mate and an ex-girlfriend of Adam’s, who’s looking for work at Shortland Street. Now the strike is over, Toni recommends her to Judy and Robyn is hired as a senior nurse. Adam has mixed feelings about seeing Robyn again and is taken aback when she gets a job at Shortland Street. And thanks to Barb, Robyn’s coming around for dinner too. Adam begins to warm to Robyn though when he realises that he doesn’t have to explain his dysfunctional family to her – she already knows. Marshall, however, is completely confused when Robyn starts playing ‘footsie’ with him under the table. He thinks she means to be flirting with Adam but when Robyn gives him a wink, Marshall realises that she’s got the hots for him, not his big brother.
