Not sure if someone has posted this one before but the woman in black outfit on left hand side of the panel wearing flats, spends loads of time nervously foot flexing & twirling before heelpopping at 51.05 - 55.02 & 55.51 - 57.38 (not the best shot but the planted foot is definitely out of the shoe) before finally getting on and dangling from 1.08.59 - 1.10.56 & 1.21.05 - 1.21.33.....

Here's one of those long committee meetings that could have produced more with better camera angles and wardrobes, but the young woman in the top right manages some heel-popping around 32:20 and some decent dipping from 38:35-38:55.

I remember that lady. I remember posting vid of her before. Too bad about the quality but this vid here you can see the extreme dangling more clearly!

Especially at 49:50 and 1:21:05

Have you seen Laureen Polignone from the older 'Georgetown Council' meetings? She makes my heart melt! She dangles so carelessly on the tip toes, but it never falls off!
