Is there a certain time or place to watch shoeplay?

There's really nothing in the bible that suggests it would be in any way immoral to enjoy watching shoeplay in church.
Uh, OK, what should I write here...
Sweet and to the point:
My strong preference is for seated, both-feet shoeplay. Dangling, and shoeplay with open-toed shoes or mules, I'm afraid don't do as much for me.

Well thats a ridiculous statement because I dont think shoeplay was around back in the biblical days so only God knows if its its a sin or not? But we are all sinners so whatever
hOw do we know that being on the internet is a sin, driving a car? Watching tv? Every intvention after the bible was written could be a sin?
