From 18:26 brunette in gray top sitting at corner (seems to be chairwoman) shown dangling flat when legs crossed (first behind video watermark) and then woman to the left plays with white flats and bare feet, lots of toe wiggling and shoe movement, though woman never seems to participate in meeting.
Thought I posted this earlier today but I could not find it. In first row of choir standees, second from aisle woman is shoeless in hose. She often is seen shoeless in services she attends but this is only time she is seen in this service.
The lady on the left is "off the hook" when it comes to shoeplay. She does it a ton, but it is really awesome at 3:32:30...but she does it basically the rest of the video. Check out her other video she does the same. I love a woman like this because she could give "2 shits" if people see her do the shoeplay. And we ain't talking some little heelpops or a slight dangle...just watch (wish it was better quality)
Young woman (left end of row 2) has high heels off (bare feet) from start of video to 17:13 except for short period with one shoe back on, then slips both shoes back on.
Indonesian students bare foot and in socks seated very close together (ignore males on right half of screen). Lots of foot and toe movement. Some bumping of feet and legs does not seem to bother 3rd and 4th from left.

At 16:08 only woman at table gives a little tease of heelpopping to come later. She has black flats and black hose or socks. She then rests her feet on the chair rung for a long time. At 1:54:30 she becomes more adventurous, sticking her feet out in the air in front of her and heelpopping basically to end of video. I really enjoy the contrast between her foot behavior and her serious face and voice.
