I saw a forum thread about Thalia, Mexican entertainer and I randomly remembered she was in a movie where her pantyhose feet can be seen. Mambo Cafe. The entire movie is on Youtube.

The scene starts at the 1:05:00 mark. Zooms in but then there's a shot of her standing around her tiptoes around 1:07:00 maybe?
