Do you want to see them right away or wait a few days/weeks?Does it have to be hosed feet?
Depends on the situation if its a stranger I probably wont see again right away but lets say she is a coworker or someone I know I want some anticipation.I would say two weeks to hopefully see a good hosed foot close up.Of course shoeplay would be ASAP TO TEASE ME

Let's say, if I see a lady or an adult girl which is attractive or just classy looking, it makes me curious about how her feet are looking. It can be anyone on the street, underground etc. It's the same at a fair. There I have a desire to see her feet till the fair is closed of course
