Here is a little bit more of an update. I never realized how much Sherri did in her time on WCW. It helps that they had lots of special events and Nitro was live and on TV every week. In the second video Sherri does not go shoeless, but instead she strips off the heels of her opponent (Mona). From reading about Sherri, I think she did this to make sure Mona did not get hurt (all reports say Sherri was a very nice person). It also helped the match's action. I have seen these types of situations in wrestling today, but they normally don't have the shoe strip and the situation is slower and without as much action.

Yeah after WWE changed direction in the 90s WCW pretty much took all of their former talent so Sherri did her time thereNatedogg_M wrote:

There was a match where she was managing Flair took off her shoes, climbed the top rope and did a flying frog splash. You could see the crowd cracking up and you couldn't help but laugh too.SHE WAS QUITE THE ENTERTAINER!!!

Did I find the match that you were referring to? I thought I would look for this match with Ric Flair if it was not already posted.Footsiefreak wrote:Yeah after WWE changed direction in the 90s WCW pretty much took all of their former talent so Sherri did her time thereNatedogg_M wrote:

I know there's some custom wrestling shoots coming up, you could put in scripts for matches w/participants in nylons as part of their ring gear. I know NEFW has one coming http://nefemalewrestling.com/customs.html and www.SLAMminladies.com will be announcing one real soon as part of their weekend of SHINEWrestling Internet PPV in the end of January.

also Lingerie Fighting Championship had their PPV last summer (you can buy the stream online here http://lingeriefc.com/product/online-st ... las-vegas/) and they had Cheerleader Melissa (Alissa Flash/Raisha Saeed from TNA) and Shelly Martinez (Salinas from TNA and Ariel from WWE's relaunch of ECW) Had a bout against each other w/Melissa in stockings that after the first round she rips the feet of them out as there was holes and runs forming.

The link attached is the match between Bam Bam Bigelow and Marty Jannetty that led to the brawl between Sherri and Luna that I posted previously. The quality is much better here and Sherri ditches her shoes at the beginning of the match as well. I looked through several of the matches with Sherri managing Harlem Heat, but her attire had begun to change (more boots), plus she did not get involved as much so I was not able to find anything. The only time she ditched her heels with this team was in a match that has already been posted. And it is sad because she had many matches with this team on TV.
