This is not the best quality, if anyone has one that's better than this. please chip in.
yes it's in MPG format because i had to burn it off of VHS to DVD and then after using DVD Decrypter, and Then Auto GK didn't work good for it, I had to just make a file out of the VOB File trying for decent quality but not HD because this was taped in 4:3. I don't have an HD TV.
