Payless commercial from late 90s

does anyone remember a Payless ad from 98/99 with a female foot rubbing all over a shoe and then at the end she had the shoes on and it was a case of "they feel good on the outside as they do on the inside"?

That sounds like a good commercial, one that I would have recorded on my VCR at the time! I do know that there used to be a billboard, along highway 44, in Missouri, advertising a store called "Brown's Shoe Source" and then had the tagline, "feet love us" and the image had feet holding a shoe with little hearts.
