New find on YouTube from the series Y&R.
It only shows her foot moving up his leg and then goes above the table and to me it looks like she has put her foot on his crotch.

The actress is Gina Tognoni

I don’t know what episode this is from unfortunately.

She played Phyllis from 2014-2019...so far I'm not getting any kind of results searching so far on exact episode details. Thanks for this though. This is a definite soap opera trope, but we don't really see it much anymore, even more so with hose on. :(
