Fairly young woman, pretty much of a slob to be a local politician, does nervous footplay under table whole meeting. Socks and heavy shoes, possibly clogs, that are easily removed. Other meetings she cannot be seen very much except a recent one where she has sneakers kicked off almost whole meeting...
