These kind of moments are rare. You always kick yourself later for never having the balls to do it. I rather applaud you. Sometimes it's best to go with the moment, instead of over thinking it.

I downloaded the clip and it will not play for me.
Not on Real Player, DivX or Windows Media Player---

I keep getting DirectShow Decoder is needed. I've downloaded so many versions it still will not play.

Any ideas??

After some review, I think it was episode 17. which was called, Only Sixteen.
The show did have a full season (22 episodes), on the now defunct UPN station.

I love the 2nd part of the update. Blake Lively is a new gorgeous actress on the move. I'm more than sure Gossip Girl on the CW network, will have an actual footsie, under the table scene, this possible season. One thing though, and I don't want to offend--but correct. That wasn't Regis Blake Lively...
